Tutorial for order on the Russians website : Charme-beauty and Dopenails

You will find on this page the information you need to order on russian e-shops selling Masura, as well as other russian brands on Charme-Beauty or other indies brands on Dopenails.
Those two e-shop do work in a different way.
Ordering is easier on Dopenails, but the choice of products is more limited than on Charme-Beauty, and order processing is a little longer.
This tutorial was created for shipments to France. Inquire by email with shops for your country.
General informations
Order process tutorial for the russian e-shop : Charme-Beauty.
First of all, you need to know the e-shop is exclusively in russian language, and the order must be done via e-mail.
You need to write in english and they will reply in russian.
A translation tool like Google Translate is mandatory if you don't speak russian.
The minimum amount for an order is 999 RUB, and the shipping costs starts around 790 RUB in Europe. You can pay via PayPal even if it is not proposed on their e-shop (this must be requested to the e-shop in the purchase order e-mail). And the e-shop does send a PayPal invoice.

When you click on the standard nail polishes link, you should land on this page :
Once on this page, simply select the polish you want by clicking on the little blue cart.
Or if you are on the polish page on the green button.
You can also search the polish with the search function if you know their numbers.

The Website
To find your products on the website you have two options.
First is the brand tab, open it and select the brands you're interested in :

The second option is to go through the categories you're interested in, make-up, nail polishes, etc.

How to order
Your cart is ready. Now, we will see how to order.
To view your cart click on the icon on the right side that indicates the number of selected lacquers and amount.
Once on your cart you can see all polishes, and the amount of your order.
To know the total amount of your order it will be added the 790 RUB shipping cost (this is for France, ask for your country).
For example here for 4 Masura you'll pay:
1316 + 790 = 2106
To find the amount in € or $ use a converter.
From there, you must send your order to this e-mail : support@charme-beauty.ru
You can find this e-mail in the e-shop footer, bottom right of the site.
Don't forget to write in english, they will reply in russian. I advise you to use easy and short sentences.
I don't know the shipping cost per country/amount of bottles.
In the mail object, just write : Order
Then, write in english that you wish to order, the country you are living in, and that you'd like to pay using PayPal.
By now, you are probably wondering why you had to create a basket if you finally order by mail. This was just to be sure not to do any mistake in your shopping list and give the right references.
So, write something not complicated, just like this :
Hello,
I would like to order some polish, I live in <your country> and if it's possible I want to pay with paypal and my paypal is : <your paypal e-mail>

Keep in mind there might be a time difference with Russia and their holidays might differ from yours. So don't worry if the response time is a bit long (a couple days), but do not hesitate to contact them again if it becomes too long.
The e-shop will reply by e-mail in russian, so check what they are asking for using a translation tool.
Most of the time they will just tell you it's alright and the final amount, or just a confirmation of your PayPal e-mail to send the bill to. Just reply, in english again.
Payment
Once your PayPal e-mail is confirmed, you will receive a mail coming from PayPal asking to pay a invoice.
This bill will include the amount with shipping costs, but there won't be any order summary.
Go on PayPal using the link provided in that e-mail.
Check that the expedition address proposed by PayPal is the good one, and finally you can pay.
Once you do, you can send a new mail to the e-shop telling them you did pay.
They will reply by specifying the approximate delivery schedule.
Sending
The e-shop will send you a new mail a few days after, stating the tracking number for your package.

Don't worry if the package goes through russian customs, this is expected. Packages always go through their customs before leaving Russia.

Regarding the customs declaration, the e-shop always state products as "Nail art device" and specify the exact amount of products in the package.

for this e-shop, the order process is easier, you don't need to use e-mails and the e-shop is a bit easier to understand.
I will only explain how to register an account and make an order, as everything else is understandable.
I did not notice any minimum amount for an order, and shipping costs are written for every country in the tab : English.
You can also use PayPal, though this is not specified on the e-shop, as they can send a PayPal bill after your order.
Do not forget this order comes from outside of Europe and there might be some customs charges applying.
I advise you to read the whole tutorial before asking any question.

How to create an account
We will see step by step how to register then place an order.
On top right you can see a tab with a user logo, that is the registration form.
IMPORTANT ! The e-mail you use to register is the mail they will use to send you your PayPal invoice. You must use your PayPal email to create an account on Dopenails to be able to receive that invoice, pay and then receive your products.
Once that's done, a confirmation message will appear and you will receive an email.
You are now logged in and can surf the e-shop and create a basket.
Here, unlike Charme-Beauty, the search option is useless as you cannot retrieve the nail polishes by their russian name or their numbers. And there are no gel nail polishes.
How to order
Once your selection is done, you have to click on the basket to confirm.
At the bottom you will have a choice for the delivery mode. You can select the russian post by clicking on International (Russian Post) or International (Express) which selects a specific carrier for your country, though that second option is more expensive.
I have no idea how the customs work outside of the european union.
Any information regarding delivery modes are in the English tab.
Once you've selected the according shipping costs you will land on a new page requesting your delivery information.
If you are connected, this should be already filled.
Important ! The invoice will be sent on the e-mail your registered with, so if that is not your PayPal e-mail, add your PayPal e-mail in the "Comments" area.
If all the fields are okay you can use the bottom button to confirm. Then your order is processing.
You don't pay immediately. You need to wait for an e-mail from the shop to finalize the payment.
Payment
Once the order is done, please wait for a PayPal e-mail giving you the order details and asking for you to pay the order amount.
Do pay through the PayPal link on this e-mail.
While paying, check for the delivery address, this one will override any information entered on the e-shop if it does not match.
On your PayPal account you will see the order details (list of bought products and shipping costs).
Keep in mind there might be a time difference with Russia and their holidays might differ from yours. So don't worry if the response time is a bit long. You might receive the PayPal bill the next day.
Shipment
You will be able to track your order in the tab on top right :

Once your monitor will show: "Статус заказа: В доставку" is that your order is sent.
Normally you should receive an automatic email that will tell you the tracking number. If in the coming days following the update status as you sent haven't received anything you can send an email to request your tracking number. Remember to check your junk box before contacting the store to see if the tracking is not here.
